This is Better Together Writing Circles-- BTWC (BEE TEE DUB CEE) for short. ;)
In 2017, I founded BTWC with the hope that it would solve the problem that I found so many of my clients had-- they just never get around to publishing their blogs/social media posts/newsletters. They are either too busy doing client work or don't feel confident about their writing, or both.
For 8 months, our writing circles met each week. It was brilliant, we generated a ton of words, and participants felt awesome about getting their writing done.
Then...
I had a baby. I had to put BTWC on hold for a few months. During that time I was able to reflect on the needs of the group and what was going to make our writers feel like they were being fully supported-- beyond just accountability, but in the development of their skills and craft.
Thus...
Here we are. The new and improved BTWC is here!
